At Georgia Association Of The Deaf, we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create a brighter, more compassionate world for all.

We want to start with the Young Adult Leadership Fund by sending extraordinary Deaf/HoH Young Adult(s) living in Georgia as delegates to the National Association of the Deaf conference in July 2026 in San Francisco, California.  We plan to send one of our board members to be a mentor.   We will train young adults in the skills they need to become visionary leaders!  

We are committed to building new leaders to support our mission, and your donation will make this happen!  

If we raise $4,000,  we can send two young adults!

Registration fee $500.00 per person

Round-trip flight fare $500 per person (approximate)

Five-night hotel stay $1000 per person (max $200 per night – less than IRS rate)

GAD will cover ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, food, and essentials for up to two young adults.
